IT'S A JUNGLE OUT THERE
The legal system feels like a jungle if you're facing criminal charges. The whole system seems to be out to get you. You could be facing jail time, the loss of your job or a destroyed reputation. You need someone with the skill, experience and drive to fight for you.
I know the importance of your criminal defense and I will represent you vigorously. I have been an attorney for 35 years, serving the Denver, Colorado, area since 1987. I am a graduate of the University of Texas School of Law (J.D. 1975) and initially in my career I was an associate in some prestigious law firms.
I was an associate in the Law Firm of Thano Dameris in Houston. Texas. Mr. Dameris was the former National Director of the FDIC. Among other major cases we handled, we successfully defended the President of an Oil and Gas Company against Federal Criminal RICO Charges. I was also an associate in the Law Firm of Henry Klepak. Mr. Klepak was the cousin of the late Hollywood Producer, Aaron Spelling and Mr. Klepak's practice included the representation of high profile celebrities.
